12 months warranty excluding mechanical, electrical & driveline components such as engines & gearbox/transmission which are covered by a 3-month warranty. Excludes wheels & tyres.
General T&C’s:
- MMM Auto Centre provides 12-month warranty for used parts. This excludes mechanical, electrical & driveline components such as engines & gearbox/transmission which are covered by a 3-month warranty. Excludes Wheels & Tyres.
- In the event of failure, a replacement part will be supplied. If a replacement part cannot be found the full purchase price will be refunded
- As second-hand parts are used, dents & scratches are not covered by warranty.
- Replacement or refund will only be given on production of the original invoice
- If the part has been modified or altered in anyway no refund will be processed.
- Refund will only be processed once the parts have returned to us in their original condition.
- Please note warranty is for parts only and does not include labour, freight and/or consequential damages.
- Please note that we do not accept returns due to customer fault, such as ordering errors, wrong fitment, parts no longer required or change of mind.
- Please provide us with your VIN or Registration number prior to ordering any parts so that we can ensure we are supplying with the correct parts for your vehicle. Any parts that have been incorrectly ordered will not be accepted as a return.
- We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee on all items we sell. We only sell quality items, which have been checked and tested so that you can buy with confidence.
- Item condition is described to the best of our ability however we are happy to provide you with additional photos & inspections are welcome prior to purchasing the item to ensure you are happy with quality of your purchase.
- MMM Auto Centre holds no responsibility for the fitment of incorrect parts, this onus is with the fitter so please ensure parts supplied are correct for fitment.
- Shipping/postage fees are non-refundable. We do offer in store pick-up as an alternative.
- We are not liable for damage or loss of items during postage transit & are unable to provide freight warranty from providers as the item is a second hand good.
Transmission/Gearbox T&C’s:
- 90 days guarantee on defective parts purchased for private use vehicles only; MMM Auto Centre holds no responsibility for the fitment of incorrect parts, the onus is on the fitter to ensure that the parts supplied are correct for fitment.
- Please note we do not provide returns that are due to customer fault, such as ordering errors, parts no longer required or change of mind. Customers will be required to pay freight charge for engine, transmission & differential returns.
- For all transmissions all seals must be replaced, oil leaks will not be covered under warranty. Additionally, oil cooler and transmission filter must be changed prior to installation, if applicable.
- Basic transmission service must be carried out by a qualified repairer/mechanic prior to installation. Please ensure correct oil and lubricants have been used as per manufacture guidelines.
- In the case where these requirements have not been carried out, warranty may be void. If there are any issues with the transmission, please do not try and tamper or rectify this as warranty will be void. All parts must be returned in the same condition as they left our premises.

Engines T&C’s:
- Please note we do not provide returns that are due to customer fault, such as ordering errors, parts no longer required or change of mind. Customers will be required to pay freight charge for engine, transmission & differential returns.· Warranty does not apply to accessories and non-standard inclusions or any part that is attached to the engine, including but not limited to turbo charges, switches, sensors, cables, electronics, belts, hoses, water pumps, oil seals and manifolds. We strongly recommend that you use your existing accessories. · Please note engine warranty will become void if unit is overheated, ensure cooling system is in good order. We recommend replacement of gaskets, timing belts, oil seals, hoses, radiator cap, spark plugs, oil and oil filter. Additionally, radiator and cooling system should be flushed prior to installation. In the case where these replacements have not been made, warranty may be void. If there are any issues with the engine, please do not try and tamper or rectify this, as warranty will be void.
