Share your VIN or rego, exact year, make, model, engine, drive type (FWD, RWD, AWD) and the gearbox code. We will cross-check OEM and interchange part numbers, build dates, plugs, ratios and TCU compatibility before you buy.
Look for a stamped code or sticker tag on the transmission case. It can also appear on the compliance plate or service records. If you are unsure, send your VIN or rego and clear photos of the unit and we will identify it.
Many autos, CVTs and DCTs require coding, relearn or adaptation with the correct scan tool. Some variants need an exact TCU or mechatronics match. Your installer should perform these procedures and use the manufacturer-specified fluid.

Yes. Pickup from Craigieburn is available and we ship Australia-wide. Units are drained, capped and palletised or crated. Tell us if you need tail-lift delivery or do not have a forklift. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Only if specified on the listing. If not included, you should supply a suitable torque converter or clutch kit as recommended by your installer.
Yes. Ask us about transfer cases, differentials, tailshafts and mounts. We can bundle parts where available and confirm compatibility.
Critical. Using the wrong fluid can damage the unit and void warranty. Your installer must use the exact fluid and fill procedure specified by the manufacturer.
If we confirmed compatibility from your VIN or rego and it still does not fit, contact us and we will work with you on a solution. Parts must be returned in original condition if a return is approved. Freight and restocking charges may apply under our terms.
