All items are available for local pick up from Craigieburn, Victoria 3064 or alternatively can be shipped for a fee. 

We are open Monday to Thursday 9:00am – 5:00pm, Friday 9:00am – 4:00pm & Saturday 10am - 12pm. Please contact us prior to ensure the parts are available and ready for pickup. Please pick up your items within 7 days of purchase unless other arrangements have been made with our company.

We ship Australia wide at an additional cost for selected parts. Please call or email us to provide us with your postcode & suburb prior to purchasing so our friendly team can provide you with a quote. 

Item will be shipped within 2 – 3 BUSINESS days once payment has been received in full including any shipping/freight charges. Please provide us with your email so we can email you through a tracking number.

As the item is being posted to you at your request, we are therefore not liable for any damage that may occur whilst in transit. There is also no freight warranty as the item is a second hand good. We will however package the item to the best of our ability with foam/bubble wrap and can place fragile labels on the item to ensure they are protected.

Please ensure someone is available to accept deliveries as redeliveries may incur a fee from the freight company or they may ask you to pick up from their depot.

The freight company we use cannot send to a PO Box address, most people send to a business address/mechanic, work address, or home address. We can also send to the closest depot for collection.

Items on pallets eg Engines / transmissions require a business address for delivery. (There must be a forklift on site to remove pallet off the truck, if manual handling is required there may be additional charges).

• Shipping/postage fees are non-refundable. We do offer in store pick-up as an alternative.

• Please note we do not provide returns that are due to customer fault, such as ordering errors, parts no longer required or change of mind. Customers will be required to pay freight charge for engine, transmission & differential returns.
• For all transmissions all seals must be replaced, oil leaks will not be covered under warranty. Additionally, oil cooler and transmission filter must be changed prior to installation, if applicable.
• Basic transmission service must be carried out by a qualified repairer/mechanic prior to installation. Please ensure correct oil and lubricants have been used as per manufacture guidelines.
• In the case where these requirements have not been carried out, warranty may be void. If there are any issues with the transmission, please do not try and tamper or rectify this as warranty will be void. All parts must be returned in the same condition as they left our premises.

• Warranty does not apply to accessories and non-standard inclusions or any part that is attached to the engine, including but not limited to turbo charges, switches, sensors, cables, electronics, belts, hoses, water pumps, oil seals and manifolds. We strongly recommend that you use your existing accessories.
• Please note engine warranty will become void if unit is overheated, ensure cooling system is in good order. We recommend replacement of gaskets, timing belts, oil seals, hoses, radiator cap, spark plugs, oil and oil filter. Additionally, radiator and cooling system should be flushed prior to installation. In the case where these replacements have not been made, warranty may be void. If there are any issues with the engine, please do not try and tamper or rectify this, as warranty will be void.
