The freight company we use cannot send to a PO Box address, most people send to a business address/mechanic, work address, or home address. We can also send to the closest depot for collection.

Items on pallets eg Engines / transmissions require a business address for delivery. (There must be a forklift on site to remove pallet off the truck, if manual handling is required there may be additional charges).

Please note carriers are still experiencing service delays affecting both pick ups and deliveries. These delays are expected to continue due to the current restrictions and state lockdowns, as a result please ensure you are adding an extra 2-3 days minimum to the delivery window. We are open Monday to Thursday 9:00 – 5:00pm and Friday 9:00 – 4:00pm just please give us a call an hour before you come to ensure parts are available and ready for pickup. Please pick up your items within 7 days of purchase unless other arrangements have been pre organised with our company.
